Hayden Real Estate has implemented a policy of maintaining possibly the industry's lowest ratio of Properties to Property Managers.

 

We have done this because we believe that generally the real estate industry is overloading property managers with too many managements and thereby short changing landlords of appropriate levels of service.

Essentially Hayden Real Estate is focused on outcomes. There are three primary outcomes that we need to do for our owners:
a) Ensure the rent is paid on time every time,
b) Ensure that the tenant looks after the property, and
c) Find a good tenant

 

The actions required by a property manager to achieve the above three outcomes are time consuming hence the reason why we have less properties per property manager than possibly any other equivalent sized property management business.
